Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 4-7 business days to the United States, calculated from the first business day after the order is submitted.

Delivery Options

We use the U.S. Postal Service unless other arrangements are specifically requested. The customer is responsible for any return or re-shipping costs if an incorrect or undeliverable address was provided.

Delivery Cost

Our standard delivery fee is $3.95 for all sizes. Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more items.

Tracking

Your order will be packaged and shipped within two business days. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number via email. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us via our contact us form.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the U.S.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if something doesn't work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returns

  • The buyer must start the return process within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

  • We will  inspect all returned items. The returned product must be in new/unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories (if any).

  • The product must be returned in its original tube, inside the original protective sleeve. Attach the return label on the tube, over the original shipping label.

  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error, or a defective product. Refunds will be sent to the buyer within 5 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made if the buyer decides they would prefer a different item, however, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges (returned item, plus new replacement).

Returning The Product

  • If the return is the responsibility of Posterzilla, use the contact us form, and inform us of the return request. If the return fits the return requirements above, we will send you a return shipping label within 5 business days.

  • If the return is the responsibility of the buyer, obtain a shipping label from the U.S. Postal Service, and return to the address shown below.

  • Ship the product back as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
